What's in Your Rehab Toolbox?

A common experience for the self-coached athlete is what to do about sore and stiff muscles that result from having pushed yourself past your limit. Often, you're left asking yourself whether or not you should see a health practitioner (medical doctor, chiropractor, physiotherapist, message therapist, etc.) about this condition. In some cases, you've pushed yourself past your limit as part of being in a competitive / race situation, like a marathon. In other cases, you've pushed yourself past your limit while training for an event. For either case, the video below shows you some inexpensive tools to rehab sore and stiff muscles.
